Therapy
I work with individuals ages 18+.
The self pay fee is $200/ 50 minute session or $275/ 80 minute session. Intensives may also be available on a limited basis for an additional $75/30 minutes.
I have very thoughtfully chosen to not accept insurance or provide superbills. FSA and HSA cards are acceptable. I acknowledge that self payment is not accessible to everyone.
Notice: A Good Faith Estimate statement is provided at intake and available at anytime on request.

Professional Training & Consultation
Professional training and consultation topics can range from trauma informed care, workplace culture, abuse/trauma/ptsd, gender based violence, nontraditional modalities, self care rituals, and more. CE’s may be available.
